Where are you based? Do you charge a travel fee?
Currently we are based in Elizabeth, Colorado. WE love going on adventures and traveling, so no session or event is too far away. We only charge for travel if over-night accommodations or airfare are needed. Bring on a road trip!
What do the number of Locations/Outfit Changes in my package mean? Can I add more?
This is the amount of reasonable locations/outfit changes we can accommodate in your chosen package's timeframe. Extra time can be added to your package if needed to accommodate more locations. Just ask!
What is required to book your services? Can I put a hold on a date?
We require a signed Services Agreement and non-refundable retainer to formally reserve your date. Since we are considered a Boutique Photography Company - meaning we cap the amount of sessions/events per year and due to high volume of inquiries, we are unable to hold a date for more than seven days from the initial inquiry.
What can we expect the day of our session/event?
Along with the expert services you requested, you can expect punctual, passionate, proactive, and down-to-earth professionals assisting you in every way we can to make your experience with us all you hoped it would be and more!
When will we receive final images?
Every image is edited in-house without being rushed or forgotten, and often times we have back-to-back sessions or events. We edit our sessions in the order they were taken, and while we cannot guarantee a certain timeframe, our average turnaround for events such as Weddings is 4-6 weeks after your event date; smaller portrait sessions 3-4 weeks.
When will we receive our Prints/Product Orders?
We utilize a local print shop in Denver, Colorado for all of our printed goods. We also make sure to inspect every product we order before it arrives at your door for quality and completeness. We delivery times can vary anywhere from 3-6 weeks from the time the order is placed.
Can I get images without a Watermark?
We put a watermark on our images the same way a painter signs their artwork. This protects the images from being stolen or sold online without our (or your) consent. We require any photos being shared online to bare our watermark, however watermark-free images for printing purposes only can be purchased separately for private use.
How are you protecting yourself and clients during COVID?
We carry hand sanitizer with us at all times and we are diligent about wearing our masks during sessions and events if clients prefer it or the venue requires it. With our style of photography, we are able to maintain a 6' distance away from our clients while not compromising the quality of their photos.
What if I need to Postpone or Cancel my session or event?
we've been there! We are more than happy to reschedule whenever possible, however, dates are subject to our availability. Every postponement or cancellation is different, refunds, scheduling and other needs will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please refer to your contract documents for more information.
